The Happiness Habit
A few years ago I made a discovery. More than a discovery it was a realization. And this realization changed me and how I live my life.
As it turns out, there’s a pattern.
The happiest people in the world, the most successful professionals, the great leaders and organizations, the thriving small businesses… they all think, act and communicate in the exact same way, and it’s the complete opposite to everyone else!
Thankfully, we’ve managed to codify this pattern into a simplified, easy to understand and implement blueprint anyone can get amazing results from.
- What do you do if you’re a young adult who doesn’t have a clue what you want to do with your life, and you feel stressed out and pressurized to make the right decision?

I thought I knew everything – read every book about dieting, stress, grief, living, psychology, personality types… always searching and half the time not knowing what I was searching for. I have been to hypnotists and motivation centres, doctors and yoga centres – I have spent money on healthy holidays and got short term relief and results. My life became a series of problems with me trying to fix them as they hit. Even if I had spare time I’d go looking for problems to fix – this is where I was at.
I booked this course with Anna and somehow by teaching me some techniques she managed to get into my pre-programmed reactionary mind and re-programme some memory circuits – BUT … and this is a big but – it was not just the techniques that Anna taught me. I felt her energy and enthusiasm and care. These are the tools she used to teach me in a way I have not experienced before.
Anna is a natural at what she does. She brings herself totally to her sessions and there is no barrier, no white coat and no bullshit. At my first session she cut to the chase, quickly identified areas that needed attention and worked on them – I left the session feeling happy.
Later on in the year I had a once off blip while working out – sobbed uncontrollably didn’t know what was going on – went to Anna and again… she quickly identified the problem and I learned so much from that session. What I’m trying to say is that no matter what the problem is, this woman has an amazing ability to identify it and you will leave the session with the tools you need to continue on and progress to being a happier you, honest!
